The Ditch part deux

As a fan, the stuff coming out of the Panthers' lockerroom today is inspiring and exciting. If you didn't know that lockerroom was tight before, there are no doubts now.

Even if you're not a fan of the Panthers, you can't help but be excited for this guy:

Note: Nashville snuck a couple of their scary-good starters in there (when you're that deep on D, what else can you do?). Florida seems to have gone strictly with the "prove-it" group.

Connor Brickley was a skating forward for the Panthers just last season. Rocco Grimaldi was a Panthers prospect prior, as well.

 

Connor Brickley used to help me run skills clinics back when he was in HS. Cam Neely and Bob Beers’ kids were there weekly. We worked for Pete Ward, now a LV scout.

GM made the right call but you don't suddenly start him. The rookie didn't know he was starting until 2 hours before because everyone neglected to tell him. He only knew when he said
Good Luck" to Al and he told him.

 

1977 in Buffalo doesn't sound too appealing...hahaha.

didn't Roman Cechmanek quit in the middle of the game and the Flyers left him in goal even after he motioned to the bench to come out ? haha. take that Roman!

 

At least I haven't read predictions that the leafs aren't making the playoffs this year, not yet.
