He wasn't the problem with the team.

he seemed like he was when he was there for not playing up to his ability. that or his hotdog bill ran high. haha. he goes to Pitt and helps those bums win 2 Cups and he carried them for 3 rds in one of them and still no Conn Smythe.

Speaking of old land titles, there's a laneway in the city that has no owner. The last owner was from 1861, he had 10 children and outlived most of them.
People dump their garbage there and it has potholes, the city ignores it.

At this point all someone has to do is prove some type of blood lineage and its theirs. The city will eventually expropriate it, supposedly there's many more of these type of laneways out there. They don't collect any property tax and it's not the cities property.

City won't fix laneway because it's owned by a man who's been dead for 118 years

"According to Land Registry Office records, it has been owned by R.B. Denison since 1861."

Denison family records indicate that Robert Brittain Denison, the last known owner of the land, died in 1900.

Although he had 12 children, he outlived almost all of them, and a family spokesperson says he has no knowledge of the orphan laneway.

In an email to CBC Toronto, city staff said "there is no record of the laneway having ever been assessed and therefore there is no tax bill issued/generated for the laneway."

"Hundreds of people a day use this as a footpath," Wynne told CBC Toronto. "For all intents and purposes it's a thoroughfare; it just doesn't exist on paper in the city records."

Aside from that laneway, it's a pretty hip area called kensington market, over 100 years old. They filmed a show there in the 70s called, "king of kensington" with Al Waxman.

Yeah, I got hissd at by a cat today, better watch my step.

Muggings are rare in toronto, usually happen in cabagetown.
Murders are usually gang related and very rarely random.
