It didn’t look to me like his entire body was across the line of scrimmage. Too close to overturn on review

 

Mex - they review scoring plays under two minutes so they were reviewing it regardless to see if he was over .....after reviewing they confirmed it....probably had to do with where the actual chains were vs the graphic on the screen.
