Yes, I saw that last night, it really is sickening. Except that I saw the ratio as 130-4-1. Regardless, 2 of 4 losses is still ridiculous, if that's the case. Especially considering this was one of the most motivational games imaginable. 1) a 1-31 team over the past 2 years, 2) A total makeover roster, with guys that actually matter, not just draft picks and old guys looking for their last paycheck, 3) Division rival, even further THE division rival

Honestly, the defense did their part. The Steelers will probably average 28 points a game this year, so holding them to 21, with 6 turnovers...I can't imagine another game where Ben gives up 3 INTs. The defense is ready to become a powerhouse, they could be playoff ready right now. I didn't think, no matter what, I would be saying this, but, I really do understand why the Bills were ready to move on from Tyrod Taylor. Not making turnovers is one thing, not have the ability to capitalize on YOUR defenses turnovers is quite another... 7 points off of 6 turnovers is ridiculous.

Now, the last turnover ended in a missed field goal and wasn't his fault, but how many of those turnovers turned into 3 and outs? Momentum is a real thing and Taylor wasn't able to garner very much momentum. The Browns on Sunday punted the ball 12 times...TWELVE... To let you in on how desolate that is, the next closest team was the Buffalo Bills with 8 punts. So we had to punt 50% more often than the Buffalo Bills, who turned to their rookie QB in the second half.

I have stated all along that I hope Baker Mayfield doesn't see the field in 2018. I have already become well aware that @TopDawg was right and if I see another game like I saw yesterday, I WILL be calling for a change at QB. 15 of 40 for 150 yards WILL NOT CUT IT. I will say, I would have liked to see them run the ball more, but at the end of the day, it was pretty even, 40 passes to 38 runs. The 38 rushes produced 177 yards...the 40 passes only garnered 150 yards. When the rushing game outperforms the passing game, you must look at the QB.

I for one am putting Tyrod Taylor on notice...

I stand corrected...It is just unbelievable.

All I want is for the Browns to play the QB that gives us the best chance to win the football game. Obviously I remain unconvinced that it's Tyrod, but I do understand why the Browns wanted him to start the opener. That said, Tyrod stunk on ice yesterday, and he should have been pulled at halftime. He was inaccurate. He was missing obvious opportunities to gash the Steeler secondary. About the only thing he did well was run the football, and that kind of QB production is going to get you beat in this league 99% of the time. Seven points off of six turnovers is just inexcusable. I'm sorry. He should have been pulled from the game....

Our defense, on the other hand, was pretty damn good. Myles Garrett and Denzel Ward were working the plan to perfection. It was exactly the way they described what they wanted to do it when they drafted Ward. Get pressure from Garrett, who was a beast all afternoon, and get turnovers in the back end from the new stud CB. We couldn't have asked for a better debut.... That TD from Brown was just Antonio being Antonio. Ward couldn't have had tighter coverage. That was just an amazing play....I still don't like how far back we play the Safeties, but it was certainly an encouraging performance...

I know the Browns are trying to do the right thing, and bring Mayfield along in similar fashion to the way KC did with Mahomes, but Tyrod Taylor isn't Alex Smith, and haven't the Browns fans been through enough bullshit? Just play the best damn quarterback...Mayfield could do better than 14 out of 40 if he was blindfolded...Just because Tyrod is way overpaid, it doesn't make him good.

Late oppty missed due to Garret's overenthusiasm, pushing a guy who then was able to force our guy out of bounds. 15 yards lost, made the kick touchy, and we missed. Garret had a hell of a game otherwise, and should be congratulated for it, but .... damn!

As for Tyrod. His opposite, Big Ben didn't have a great day either, and Njoku dropped at least two, one of which was pretty critical. Next week in NO should be a better test. I don't think weather will play a factor.

Yeah, that was huge. Garrett had a great game but that was a bonehead play. We had the first and goal chippy all set up with that awesome play by Avery and Schobert. Then right at the end of the play, two yards behind the action, Garrett just shoves a Steeler player down from behind, directly in front of the ref...Oh that sucked. As soon as he did it, ya just knew it was going to cost us dearly...smh.

What's REALLY sad about that play is, Garrett not only shoved him in the back, he pushed him into Schobert. He might not have even pushed him out of bounds had Garrett not pushed him. It might have been a TD, game over...

Only Cleveland would celebrate a tie game

After going 0-16, yes we would. Especially against a division rival who tends to kick our teeth in (twice) every year.

Who's celebrating gid? Nobody. We shoulda kicked your ass by 30 and everyone knows it. Sorry the truth hurts. Just pointing out the facts. NFL admitted that the refs fucked up and handed you guys a freaking huge (eventually game deciding) break....Enjoy the tie your lucky shit team didn't deserve.

You already know though you deny that it happened. That Ball hit Chubb why else would Jabril Peppers react the way he did? There is not reason for him to run into play unless he knows crap thats a live recoverable ball. The ball is going towards chubb and when Davis recovers the ball is going away from Chubb.

Also I saw a still photo that shows the ends of the ball sideways on Chubbs helmet, but when I see the replay after the ball comes off his helmet the ends are pointing up and down. This refutes your bs about the ball never changed directions. Look on Steelerdepot and you will see the still shot of it on an article about it. I can’t link or post pictures on here from my iPhone.

    LMFAO

Only the Steelers would try to use a STILL shot to try and prove the ball rotation changes. There are CLEAR angles of the ball IN MOTION that show the balls rotation doesn't change at all.

The ball was so freaking close to hitting him, obviously everyone would react that way in real time. They don't have the ability to watch replay before reacting. This is a ridiculous argument at this point. The slow motion REPLAYS CLEARLY SHOW it doesn't hit him. You guys need to get over it.

You are right though, the refs didn't have access to Steelers Depot, otherwise a still shot would have clearly led them to overturning the correct call in the first place.

Guess im lookig at different replays then because it sure looks to me like the ball changes. Doesn't matter at the end of the day the refs blew calls both ways.
