FAIR WARNING - The weekly Bieber will have his avatar here replaced with the Bieb. I'm not sure if Tim can/wants to change them back to your original avatars when your week is over, so you will probably have to change your avatars back yourselves, unless you want to keep the Bieb here longer than you have to. I will let Tim know every Tuesday who the new Bieber is, so it's on Tuesday that the old Bieber can replace his avatar. No ditching your Bieber avatar early! Suck it up and deal with it, or better yet, do like I will and don't ever be the Bieber.

That's stupid.

 

A point in the playoffs as the home team is fair, it reflects the fact you put together a better regular season record. Does this apply to reg season as well? Not sure about that.

Also, now that the start of a new FF season is upon us, can i just say an offical F YOU to Leveon Bell. What an asshole he is being to the Steelers, wish i'd never drafted him.

 

Considering it's an electronic game...and we aren't actually at home or away....nor are we even playing the actual game....I'd say there is no home field advantage.

 

I thankfully avoided him in all 4 of my drafts. Even his teammates are shitting on him now.

 

Yeah ive seen some of that, who can blame them. Guys have been working their butts off all summer getting ready and he still hasn't reported on the eve of the season. Its gone on way too long.

Pat and SM were wise to avoid Bell. I did give thought to taking Zeke instead at 3, but Bell is just such a machine when he's in there. And tbh, i really didn't think he would drag it out this long. Big mistake on my part.

 

I avoided Bell in all drafts as well. He'll show up soon enough and will be a workhorse as soon as he does.

Normally ultra close match ups aren't that frequent (but they can happen), but if I or someone else lose 100-99.5 because the "home team" gets free points just because they're on the right side of the computer screen while the other team has to be on the left side, I'd be pissed, for a pretty justifiable reason.

Because I/he/she didn't lose. And you want to throw money into the equation?

That's just asinine. Just my opinion. Y'all are really technical/hardcore about this.....

 

I've been doing this in my main league for over 10 years... I think it's actually happened 3 times. Nobody ever made a big deal about it. I try to aim for as much realism as possible in, yes, I know, a fantasy game, but it's more enjoyable for me and most people that have been in my leagues when it's as immersive as possible.

But, if it's that big a deal, I can take it out.

Damn, not a fan of this site. Didn't realize you had to "check" your starters before each week. I figured that someone like Julio would have defaulted to being a starter as is the case on every other site I've ever played on.
