The only time I have mutual availability as my girlfriend over the course of the last and coming week is Sunday night.

... I told her I'd come by after the Bears game.

Peckers didn't win! As a fan of football that roughing the passer call on Matthews was pretty shitty, but as a fan of the Bears it was quite wonderful.

 

Interestingly enough, this is a rare instance of Packers fans and their football team doing the exact same thing - kissing their sister. Nice tie, Green Bay.

 

Packers should be 0-3 right now.

We always knew they sucked, rest of the league knows it now too.

BREAKING NEWS...

The NFL announced today that because of lost revenue due to kneeling, an NFL team has to be cut. Tampa Bay and the Green Bay Packers will combine teams to become the Tampacks. They will be good for only one period and have no second string.

 

Their uniform will be red helmet, red jersey, red pants & white socks.

 

So the Bears only loss is to a bloody tampon?

 

Could be worse....we could have tied a team that won 4 games in 3 seasons.....

Last night perfectly encapsulated Aaron Rodgers career: Makes the spectacular look routine but too often doesn't make the routine play.

Holding onto the ball and taking sacks rather than throwing the check down or throwing it away will get you beat. It's also why Brady's better & a big reason he's won more. Makes routine play more consistently than anybody EVER.

Last night I saw plenty of times where Rodgers could have checked down to a wide open Jones and either took a sack or threw it away. I don't remember noticing this much before, but now it's making me rethink his career and it will change how I watch him going forward. Overreaction to the Packers suckage, or legit criticism?

That's an interesting observation blang. I watched the game last night too and I noticed similar plays like you mention.
