So out of the 8 coin flip games they have. They would have to go 8-0 to be at 8-8. Do you think they are going 8-0 vs the Lions(at home), Cards, Seahawks, Bills, Fins, Jets, Giants, Bucs?
What in your post was honest outside of what you think their record would be? As was pointed out previously...there are a ton of factual errors in there. I think the Bears could reasonably go 5-11....or catch lightning in a bottle somehow and go 10-6 or be somewhere in between. But that’s not really the point. I do want to focus on his post trying to justify it, however... "Lions(at home), Cards, Seahawks, Bills, Fins, Jets, Giants, Bucs" You list them like they're competent football teams. The AFC East is a joke, the Bucs are led by a child of a QB, the Giants were barely a team last year, the Seahawks are falling apart, the Cards might have a hope to rebound from awful, and the Lions are the champs of crumbling when it matters. All I'm saying is, let's not give those teams any more credit than they're worth... which isn't a lot.

Also, SPress - it's generally a bad tact to approach a post from the angle of, "Haters gonna hate me", because that does indeed lend itself to you trolling. If you come in here saying, "They hate me because I don't like one of their players, but who cares?", you're dragging some high school drama around that you can probably leave back from where you came. I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt that you weren't trolling, but you're gonna have to discuss things a little more grown-up, if you're claiming that's your intent. The "You play Matt Patricia twice a year" justification was weak, too. But, again, you can recover from this - I believe in you.
I appreciate the fact that you understand I am bringing up a football discussion and not trying to be the dick that most here would rather portray me as. However, I listed those teams as a 50/50 shot against the Bears. Do you think the Bears sweep that board? Yes most of them have problems. So do the Bears.
