Coming into the year, I would agree with this statement about 60%. The future is brighter for Mayfield, imho, but of course we will not know that for a few years. Roethlisberger 36 years OLD Dalton 30 years young Flacco, Days are numbered Taylor 26 years old, a one year stop to his next contract on yet another QB hungry team Personally, I think Dalton and Taylor are 2a and 2b..with Flacco's inconsistency being his down fall. Last 3 years: Dalton averages 1.51 TD/gm, .60 INT/gm Taylor averages 1.19 TD/gm, .33 INT/gm Flacco averages 1.24 TD/gm, .95 INT/gm The Future of the AFCN, BY 2021: Baker Mayfield #1 overall pick, my personal best QB of this class since November of 2017 Mason Rudolph #76 overall pick, imho, probably the safest QB taken in this draft. I simply don't think he is any better than Dalton, I don't think he will be any worse either though, which bodes well for him. I'm not a Dalton fan, but he has been consistent over his Lamar Jackson #32 overall pick, He was in the pack with everyone not named Mayfield. I think he will carry on where Flacco leaves off. Again, I just believe Mayfield to be a better overall QB. BUT, that is all speculation on my part.
I got it the first time, I was just choosing to ignore it, without having to use the ignore button. That button was confusing. Hard to follow conversations when in use.
Man how people build up their QB and play 2nd fiddle to a really good QB...Flacco is an absolute beast...he now has some NFL WRs at his disposal w a better OL..what’s his record vs the Browns again? That’s right Taylor and Dalton are better smh
Also, arguable the 2nd QB in the division. Dalton is JAG, Flacco at this point is JAG. Good thing Joe got hot in a contract situation and got paid.
There's more question around when Lamar Jackson takes over the Ravens than there is whether or not Flacco is better than Taylor (spoiler ahead: he isn't). Comprehensive List of AFC North Quarterbacks - Rankings 1. Baker Mayfield 2. Ben Roethsliberger 3. Tyrod Taylor 4. Lamar Jackson 18. Mason Rudolph 19. Logan Woodside 20. Robert Griffin III 21. Joe Flacco Don't @ me.
