Pretty much what I said. Although I have the Jags much higher and you guys seem to have them in that next range. Almost like a top 6 like mine minus the Jags, then you guys have a 7 and an 8-14.
The Jags have tons of talent that. It is just the QB area that lacks. The WRs could be better but they succeeded without the players that left. They've sneakily been signing key players the last few years while having solid draft picks and it's paying off now. They may take a step back but I don't think it'll be coming down to Earth. Are you sure you still aren't in denial? It's the same thing said in the playoffs last year?
Agree for 3 reasons. I'm not sold on Bortles at all. Luck coming back and Indy being much better. Watson being there a full year and with a year under his belt.
They won in spite of Bortles last year and have improved their roster (on paper) over last year. Luck isn't back yet and may not be the same even if he does make it back. Watson still needs to show he can make it through a 16+ game season (ala RGIII)
Honestly Bortles is not that bad of a QB. I mean he won’t be confused for an elite QB, but he’s a quality starter. Streaky, but he knows how to manage a game. Don’t think he can carry his team but with their style of play he doesn’t have to.
The Jags are here to stay. They are loaded with talent still, and that QB of theirs is vastly underrated.
Our Steelers are definitely top 5 in NFL in talent imo. A lot of unproven players on defense though and that is why some are pushing them further down the list.
