The draft is something to look forward to, for sure. More importantly is the schedule release for the coming year. As soon as that comes out, I can jump on my ticket package for the year. I am so ready to throw money at hockey.

colleague of mine and a Caps fan had game 5 tix last week ! he was in Vegas on business and decided to drop; $1500 on lower level tix ! I can't post the other Cup pix due to FB privacy laws.

We have a few great prospects and a bunch of bums.

 

Bad back could be trouble for Juolevi but it seems crazy the shit he gets. Still a kid and a D at that. Give him time and shut yer pieholes.

Boeser has skills that are in short supply in the NHL. Also has the look of the ultimate Cobra Kai so he’s good in my book.

What are the odds Pettersson makes the Canucks next season?

There is a slew of ex NHL'ers writing about their struggles... its very sad and scary at the same time. Players are paying a high price to play professionally and sometimes I think these contracts are worth it, as they put their livelihood and lives on the line to play the game.

I don't think there is an answer either... Im kinda sadly thinking that in football and hockey, concussions are part of the game and come with the territory. To eliminate them would be to change the game... I don't see that or want that to happen, to be honest.

 

i hear you Will, i dont want the game to change either. i think that making the game faster and "less tough" theyve increased concussions significantly. also, not sure why they havent changed the equipment, such an easy solution.
