Haskins doesn't really belong in the conversation with those other guys. Dwayne is a quarterback and will play quarterback on Sundays, there is no question about it. He's on my watch list as a steady riser and I think he has the upside of a future first round pick.
They are both pretty bad and while EJ was statistically better I'd agree, just maybe not "a lot better".
