wow, guess I deleted that. anyway verbatim. I know you are trying to bust on me will. However, one of the best things I ever seen was Jerry Cantrell live acoustic in a small club that may of held 500. not even sure where in 94 or 95. The dude was incredible. Layne was one of the voices of a generation but Cantrell was the mind behind AIC. Maybe the greatest rock experience other than being back stage for Kid Rock and Godsmack opening for Candelbox and shaking Anges Youngs hand because the guy I worked with selling carpet at the time was a security guy at the Centrum.

Some people play video games in their moms basement. Others fuck their moms friends in the basement.

Sorry Gid.. I sorta over-reacted to being called a "closet Steeler fan" lol! That one hurt though....I'm absolutely a "jealous my entire life" of the Steelers fan, if ya wanna call me that...Certainly can't deny it.

When it comes to NFL football, it's been an obsession of mine since I was very young. As much as I hate your team, I have an appreciation for what they are. No team has dominated their division over the last 50 years like Pittsburgh has. They've got the hardware too. Shit, we've had more head coaches in the last 5 years than the Steelers have had in the last 50. Kinda makes me sick just thinking about it. Certainly can't call me a fan. It brings me happiness when they lose. The only time I ever enjoyed Steelers football was the Mark Malone/Bubby Brister era, which should tell ya all you need to know...

Fun fact: I've been to Pittsburgh once in my life. Opening day, Three Rivers Stadium 1989, Browns vs Steelers....In the driving rain all afternoon. I NEVER had more fun at an opposing team's stadium. Mostly because all the Steelers fans were gone by the 3rd quarter... I believe that one is still in the Pittsburgh record books for the biggest beatdown they ever took. 51-0. :)... Now that was a fond football memory...Perhaps I should make an appearance at Heinz Field someday.

I was a die hard Steelers fan from the beginning but when I was younger I had a better fandom for the entire league. Not so much now.

Another one that I left off but shouldn't have....I'll might get accused of homerism on this one, but shouldn't.. Michael Dean Perry was absolutely one of the best defensive tackles I've ever seen play. 6X Pro Bowl, 2X 1st team All pro, 2X 2nd team... To this day I've never seen a DT with a quicker first step. Perry was in the backfield so fast wreaking havoc... the dude was a beast. Interior lineman just couldn't match-up to his quickness. He was clearly a better NFL player than his more famous BIG brother, and way too often over-looked.....

Without doublechecking I believe I mentioned him when referring to doing the defensive side of things. He was a great one for sure.

I mentioned Reggie on my first post to this thread, #100 (pg.5)....If I hadn't, that would have been a big mistake.
