Man, that was a huge game for Byfuglien and the Jets... most impressive. Id be willing to bet its a different story in Vegas... that place rocks, love the atmosphere.

This might be a series where the home teams prevail... hope it goes 7 with lots of action. Could be better than the Stanley Cup Finals.

 

Whoever wins the West, will most likely win the Cup. Winnipeg and Vegas look so much better than the ECF teams. Winnipeg came out really fired up and were aggressive/assertive from the get-go. They looked really good. I was impressed.

 

I think where the jets have an advantage over vegas is that the roster has been around much longer. You have much more familiarity in the jets core.

 

Game 1 definitely showed they mean business. Vegas will need to show something more if they plan to move on. The Jets were on fired up.

 

If Spicolli and Kucherov can get going I think TB is the team to beat.

Midnight in Vegas? I hate those white gloves so much. APB for Ehlers.

 

I'm not counting out the East but Nashville Vs Winnipeg was a battle Vs the two top teams in the league and once Pittsburgh was out the winner of that series became the instant favourite.

 

I wouldn't count out any team that makes it to the finals, east or west. I just don't like any teams from the east as a hockey fan.

 

I'm with, Skinny. The Western teams are just more appealing to me. I like Steve Yzerman, but hate the Bolts. Caps suck too.

I still cant believe Gallant has that team in the Conference Finals.

If the Caps win the East... new champ. Plus I despise teams without true fans winning. Seeing fair-weather fans celebrating is disgusting when a team with true fans is crushed. I hope Nashville can continue to be great after the high and Vegas continues to get good local support after the honeymoon.

 

Fairwether fan is me when I cheer for the raptors. I didn't even watch one game vs the cavs. If they were winning I would've watched.

 

Fair-weather is any Argos fan, more or less.
