if Evgeny Kuznetsov misses that goal in OT does he get a penalty shot ? the rules state : a goaltender or other player throwing his stick to distract or hinder the attacking player. letang throws his stick before the puck goes in. would the refs dare call a penalty shot in OT ? we will never know, but it would've been fun to see. Amusing how the team spells it the Canadian way.

 

I think Sabre is actually British.
Reminds me of an episode The Office where they think the new company name is pronounced Sa-bray.

Canadian english is the same as british because they didn't change any words. Webster came out with a dictionary and changed the spelling of a lot of words creating american english.

 

Well no shit it's British. But they didn't spell it Sabre because that's how they do it. They spelled it that way because of the large amount of Canadian fans they knew they'd get.

 

So is it the British English or Canadian English? Never heard the term Canadian English.
