This is the Dennis Kelly selection of this draft... but I am gonna doubt he even becomes a career backup like Kelly. That he stuck around so long on the team surprised me. And he left on a trade lol.

I've been surprised, but Kelly has actually been serviceable so far.

 

Ya. He was a guy we thought would be a UDFA at best.

 

EAGLES SELECT
Josh Sweat

 

Good time to take the health risks with Sweat.

Feels like the Eagles are doing well.

 

The Eagles are going hunting.

 

Sweat isn't sniffing much of the field early anyways. We just needed to fill in our depth.

 

Rick Leonard?

 

Kalen Ballage goes to Miami.

He's the change of pace.

 

This might kick off the run.

Wasn't one of my top 3 spots for Kalen, but it will be interesting to see how he works into Gase's offense.

 

Eagles now don't pick in forever after trading up in the 2nd with their 5th.

 

I know how you feel, Titans last pick was Landry in the early 2nd. Next pick is 5 (25).

 

Change of pace this year with the potential to develop into the starter in his second year.

Gore's a helluva mentor for him so it might work out well.

 

Damn, Jaleel goes to one of my top 5 worst situations for WRs.
