That appears to be correct. I looked on Wikipedia (don't laugh, they're on point with this NFL thingy) and it still showed Bills at 154. I was confused too.

My guess is that the Ravens are going WR and know that the market is soft for them. Hopefully they get their pick of the litter at 22. This would also be a prime spot for Hayden too.
