over at 4-0 made me take a nice afternoon nap ! it was pouring rain outside and a ambush on the ice. perfect time for a nap! Zzzzz. Home ice and that's what you come out with after winning on the road? Wow. The fans have seen enough of Hakstol and putting Konecny on the 3rd line and Read or Raffl on the first line. That makes no sense. Hexstall probably keeps him next year, but the fans want him out.

 

Is it the fans or the Fish that wants him out?

You'd think he would be being praised for stealing one on the road in Pittsburgh. They come home and drop one and its the end of the world.

It's not just this series. He's had Konecny on the 3rd line now for weeks. It's his wasted goal challenges. His continuing to play Matt Read, who isn't worth a damn. It's playing Lehtera and Flippula. With all the youth the Flyers have, and more to come, is this really the coach to lead them? Remember, his former job won a National Title BEFORE AND AFTER his hiring and firing. He didn't win the Title. A huge reason why Hextall hired him was he coached Ron's son in college. He seems comatose behind the bench at times with no pulse. He shows 0 emotion. His in game decisions are very puzzling.

Crazier Flyers fans than me post derogatory things on FB about Hakstol and call him the vilest of names and want him out. Most of the people posting are lunatic fans, but they are passionate and have seen enough of Hakstol.

To me after stealing one at Pittsburgh, you must come out and make a statement or have a statement game. Nope. 5-1 drubbing at home. "End of the world," might as well start making out a Will because the end is near.
