Yeah, this was the ultimate year to have the Browns...And it's been fun moving around the board. The three veterans added, have me excited as well. That said, Browns would like to welcome: John Simon, Jeff Heuerman and Brendon Langley....(Pics shown are dated, just because )
Well the chances of the Eagles drafting a cornerback early or not trading Darby went up. Worley was passed out drunk in a car blocking a highway and got tased after being combative with the cops.
Because he is getting close to tag money in free agency next year and we can't afford it. If we can get a day 2 pick for him it may be worth it instead of waiting for a comp pick the next year.
I can see that...You guys still have the kid from Washington that got hurt at The Combine last year in waiting....
I think it was just that Carolina had depth options with his remaining years and the Eagles were pushing for someone to get thrown in that had a chance to make the team. He had issues coming out of college. He was no lock to make the roster anyways but I'm sure he was going to get a shot at nickel in camp. That type of player doesn't get a 2nd chance on a team.
Ya. He played limited snaps last year. He was my top CB before his injury last year. If we draft a corner or safety it would more or less solve the issue though. And we have options that were on the PS to play nickel. Plus we have Jenkins play nickel often. It isn't a big issue even if we lose Worley and Darby but we need some type of good DB prospect to come in if we lose both.
LOL. Well my likely 3rd round comp pick is better than anything I could get now. Plus I have his services for a repeat. It would need to likely involve future high picks or an already drafted player before I even consider.
