My 13 year old is a fortnight king...lol! I don't know how he does it or WTF is going on, but he can crush it on that game like nobody's business.

Pretty cool that he can play with all his friends, and none of them ever have to leave their house. They can all communicate like freakin NASA pilots....Amazing technology really...

I gotta admit...I'm kinda jealous that didn't exist when I was younger.

 

You will be pissed he only contacts his friends through video games instead of real life. If he also plays League of Legends I pray for both your souls.

Appreciate the concern, but no worries.. I don't let any of my kids go overboard with the video games...it does seem like the Fortnight is bringing something extra though. Games get intense.....I can't believe how popular that thing got, so fast...

 

I still dabble with video games. Nothing serious anymore and in the last 2 weeks like 4 people have referenced fortnight. I downloaded it today but I genuinely feel like I don't care enough to learn a new game lol.

 

Only games I could ever get into were sports games (Madden and NHL).
Only exception was Grand Theft Auto. Those are some entertaining games...

I’ve watched friends play things like W.O.W. and I just can’t wrap my head around the entertainment value. It’s like walking, but simulated. Boring...

 

I can play a little Madden and FIFA , and that's about it...

unless your talkin classics...I can dominate at this. lol!

Hey Guys, LAJoe was asking around the Bears board yesterday for someone to cover the Bears for your draft. If you found someone no worries, if you didn't i could do it. But i'd need someone to bring me up to speed, aren't you picking sooner than it says on page 1? Teams on the clock for an hour when its their turn is that right?

It was the 2nd team of the guy who took them on emergency so it's all good. He'll take the Ravens if Faulk can't find a replacement on time.

We can pick as soon as the team before you has picked. Use the PM system to talk trades. Picks times are at minimum 30 minutes but as I said you can get on the clock sooner than your scheduled time if all picks before yours have been made. You must pick before the guy after you is scheduled to pick. You can also PM a list to myself, RTTRUTH or Tim (preferably to all of us). If you have a trade make sure yourself and the trade partner contact the guys in charge.
