Taking this one notch farther - For all the love for Ronald Jones, when you put on the tape of him and Edmonds side by side it's pretty easy to notice the differences between the two, and how you rate qualities in running backs in regards to transferring to the next level goes along way in deciding how you rate those two players individually. For the record - Edmonds scores out higher than Jones and, by my standards, is the better prospect.

He's still discussed as a possible late first, even after a combine that had teams questioning his character after interviews.
If I didn't take Royce Freeman for the Colts then Edmunds and one other guy still on the board would have been candidates, but not on a trade up. I would have stood pat.
