So yet another rumor about who they like....... Methinks Dorsey is throwing out the smokescreen as they've been linked to all of the major QB's and it changes everyday. Waiting for some little fishy to take the hook and offer too much for the #1 or #4.
Browns just love to make trades...kinda like the Cavs..just make a move to make a move and get burned by passing on elite talent
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Giants are asking for "at least two first-round picks" in a potential Odell Beckham trade. By all accounts, the Rams' No. 23 overall pick in next month's draft is on the table in Beckham conversations, but it's unclear if they'd be willing to give up next year's first as well. We doubt it, but the Rams have been uber-aggressive on the trade front this offseason. Bridges are being burned between OBJ and the Giants on a near-daily basis. It's still hard to see the team trading him, but Beckham may be to the point he won't sign an extension with the Giants. Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter
Yeah "busts" often get second contracts with 30M guaranteed and 16M per season. And for the record in the same sentence you called Mike Evans a bust. *Shame on me for peeking.
Interesting...I wonder what the price will be around April 24th? The Giants will start sweating if ODB gets even more public about his holdout plans. If he demands a trade, that (2) firsts will come down...The Rams may be the highest bidder. I'm just a little surprised, they are doing a lot this off season.
Probably if he starts 1 game, WE won't have to send them a pick in 2019, lol...Seriously though, I'm betting it's a 2019 pick, either a low 6th or high 7th depending on where the Jags finish.
Conditional seventh rounder. Would be interested in seeing those conditions. Hot take: Cody Kessler > Blake Bortles
Oh, brother... "Josh Allen can be like Matt Stafford. Stafford completed 57% in college." Look at Stafford's development: 52.7 > 55.7 > 61.4 Josh Allen: 56.0 > 56.3
This picture of Hue... ... is how I'll look if they announce it's either Sam Darnold or Josh Allen April 26th.
After pondering on this a bit, I think it actually would be a solid move for the Rams to give up both of those firsts for Beckham, if they could get him locked up long term. And there in lies the rub, but I actually think they could massage some numbers and make some moves to end up with both Aaron Donald and Beckham locked up for the long term. But drafting at #23 this year with a real chance to finish even later next season, I don't think it's overspending for a known commodity of Beckham's caliber. The injury issue is a concern, but I think I could pretty quickly get on board with Los Angeles making this kind move.
