What grinds your gears

I have had really good cheese steak sandwiches, White Castle just does something for you a cheese steak can’t do. I did vacation coverage at the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank in downtown Philadelphia every other week for 6 months. They were short handed so myself and another guy at the NY Federal Reserve Bank located in East Rutherford NJ coincidentally did the coverage. Anyways I ate cheese steak sandwiches every day with French Fries. You can walk any direction from the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank and run into a cheese steak shop. It’s like getting pizza or Chinese in NY. I have a professional opinion on cheese steak sandwiches and White Castle sliders.

 

I have a feeling White Castle might be a stoner thing. I've had White Castle, I've had Philly Cheesesteaks from just about all the acclaimed places - Philly Cheesesteak wins, hands down.

But John's roast pork is even better.

 

I actually like Krystal Burgers better than White Castle, but I wasn’t sure you guys know Krystal’s. Exact same burgers as White Castle but don’t have the 5 holes in the meat and mustard instead of ketchup.

 

Only thing better than a White Castle burger is a Krystal Burger

 

how the hell aren't you dead ? cheesesteaks and fries every day? that's crazy.

 

never had John's but I heard how famous and awesome it is. I'm not a big roast pork guy.

 

It's sensational. It was even featured by Andrew Zimmern.

 

I can count the times I've been to a White Castle on my pecker.

Whoever coined the phrase "Choke and Puke" must have been to one, as well.

 

I know it's famous as is Dinic's in Reading Terminal. The pork sandwich at Dinic's won the 1 food network show "Best Sandwich in America." It was the roast pork with broccoli rabe"

 

Two things really grind my gears:

1) People who say Christmas and Easter are Christian holidays. Not one mention of either in the Bible.

2) Athiest celebrating them even though they believe they are Christian holidays.

The truth is both are pagan holidays and have zero to do with Jesus Christ or the Bible. The Bible even mentions the traditional things people do on those days and says don’t do those things.

I’m an atheist and I’m 1000% certain the Resurrection Celebration is mentioned in the New Testament.

Of course it has roots stemming from paganism. Everything in almost every religion has roots to paganism.

First you say the Bible doesn’t mention either holiday but then say the Bible does and tells you what not to do on those days....so which is it....does the Bible mention them or not?

The entire story of Jesus has some roots to paganism and other pre-Christian religions. So it shouldn’t be shocking that Christianity’s two biggest holidays have the same.


You know what really grinds my gears? Uneducated people trying to speak about subjects they’re actually very ignorant about.

So go get an education and stop talking about things that you don’t know about .

 

Neither holiday is mentioned in the Bible, but cutting down trees and decorating them is mentioned in the book of Isaiah to not do along with not having hot cross buns. Activities that are associated either with christmas or easter.

 

I think Easter is mentioned in some versions of the King James Bible

 

By the Catholics, not in the original Greek.
