I had a chat with him on FB the other night. That ain't gonna happen!

    Current status:
    • 32 teams available
    • 14 teams claimed - 43%
    • 4 at large representatives - 56%
IMO, a start date in the near future appears improbable.

The latest we can start is next Wednesday.

As I previously stated, I overestimated the demand for a mock draft that gave people the chance to represent their favorite team. I was wrong. I did what I could to draw these people in to no avail. This proves the old adage, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink."

The Cleveland Browns are now available. I'm out.

It's a long way till Wednesday and there will be more than one owner that will double up on teams.

It's kind of difficult to host a mock if you ain't in it?

Stick around and draft for the Browns. The middle mock is always the one that tends to get a shallower return on owners.

@Lyman I encourage you to stick around... may not be perfect, but it can be fun. Give it till Wednesday.

    I'll double-up on teams too...

That was not a decision I made lightly. If you want, I'll help out as an indepentdent moderator, but I'm out as a representative.

This opens the door for TopDawg to claim the Browns instead of the Raiders which, in turn, opens the door for Rediiis to claim the Raiders instead of the Cardinals. Two birds . . . one stone.

Lyman, No mock draft was more impressive than your Browns mock last year. I still don't know how you did that....If Browns were available, of course I'd take em, but I hope you will reconsider. I think we'd all like to see what you come up with this year...

I'd be open to a 2nd team as well. It doesn't matter who really (please not Houston though. Like the Browns should take them since they own their picks lmao).

    @Tim ,

I updated the sign-up sheet to reflect the latest posts.

My offer still stands to be an independant Moderator.

I’m always willing to handle 3 teams. Anything to mock some draft :notes:

I'm going to take you up on that, but since we are looking at a tightened window we will be rolling with the original rules set.

We need a definite start date soon to make the timeline for the final mock.

I'll take the Cards. My apologies on pretty much dipping out on the GM mock, I ran into back to back shitstorms at work that week. Still very busy with work stuff. However, it's calmed to an almost reasonable schedule and I have a better grasp of late round prospects now to be able to leave lists.

You need more than a start date. There are still 10 teams (over 30%) without a rep.

We can double up if we need to but with a start date it will be easier to fill up. Thursday?
