No. You are a joke. I hope the Browns win every week. I was counting on a game manager keeping the seat warm (Cody Kessler) with an improved roster around him, not the turnover, drive-killing machine that is/was DeShone Kizer. Very quickly into a bad 2017 season, I conceded that we wouldn't win games so long as he was the starting quarterback. You are a joke. It is asinine that we're still having these discussions.
@Tim PLEASE, I am begging you to remove the Browns tag under his name...infuriating...I don't mind if he continues to post, but seeing that under there ONLY because he posts on the Browns board..
Oh, I know... It is just as silly to assume a player can just jump to the other side of the line and do the same job though. The human brain doesn't always work that way. If it did, everyone would be ambidextrous.
@showstopper Is the Browns banner your preferred banner? Do you have another team? Or are you a free agent?
Or a pigeon playing chess, with Goodell's face on the pigeon's body...Can someone come up with this? I'm not good at making meme's or gifs.
Too bad there isn't a "Troll" banner. All joking aside, just give him an FSU banner and be done with it.
I’ve already stated my stance...I live in Cleveland grew up a HUGE Browns fan...they moved and I lost the love....I used to be like you guys at age 10 but I don’t lose sleep if they lose a game
I’m a joke cause you make hilarious predictions and their not even close....Crowell 1500 yds is one example
Hey Lym, One thing you need to consider when looking at PFF rankings is the effect Brady has on his o-linemen. His ability to diagnose the defense and get the ball out of his hand has a real impact on Solder's ability to do his job. I don't think you'll see the same thing in NY. He'll probably become the latest LT whipping boy up there.
And by the same token you can probably throw out every pass protection grade PFF put out last year on Brown's o-linemen the way Kizer held the ball.
No kidding...I was just gonna say, The thread was titled "BOLD PREDICTIONS"... Hell, I think I had the Browns projected to be 5-3 at the break, but I didn't want to make it "too crazy" because the 2nd half of the schedule got tougher...lol!
Tom Brady averaged 2.7 seconds time-to-throw. Eli Manning was 2.5. Solder surrendered 6 sacks, 10 pressures, and 19 hits last season. Those numbers should improve with Manning, actually, but Solder's pass blocking grade is pretty bad (not as bad as Flowers', but still).
By the same token, DeShone Kizer's average time-to-throw was 2.84 seconds (35th), invited a ton of pressure with his play and decision-making, *AND* was not helped out in the least by his offensive coordinator (Hue would call max protect - good; but have the only two guys in routes run deep outs, vertical, or slowly-development comebacks - bad). Joe Thomas was credited with 1 sack. Zeitler - 1.5, Tretter - 1, Bitonio - 4.5. In fact, Thomas, Bitonio, Zeitler, and Tretter were credited with the same number of sacks combined (8) that Coleman did (8.0).
I posited this earlier, but look for Miami to be a trade-down partner for us. They are clearly hitting "rebuild" mode. Just re-structured Tannehill, giving him more up-front but the team more flexibility. He'll be a 1-2 year bridge for a guy like Sam Darnold (trade out of #4). *This was before Buffalo was reportedly eyeing Allen, so flip #3 and #4 names but trade-down scenario stays in place.
