Allen Robinson is on his way to Chicago, but another Jaguars wide receiver will be staying in Jacksonville. According to multiple reports, Marqise Lee will sign a new deal with the Jaguars...
Ah only for a game or two until he gets a boo-boo. In all seriousness, he throws a good ball, and when he manages to stay healthy (very rare) he does very well. His first year with the Vikings he was damn good. Week one last year he came out on fire. Wouldn’t be complaining about the player if I was Fitzgerald. Price tag is a different story
Report: Danny Amendola to sign with Dolphins Danny Amendola said he didn’t want to leave New England, but it appears he will be. Amendola is expected to sign with the Dolphins, Dan Hellie of NFL Network reports. Although Amendola had taken pay cuts in the past to remain in New England, he apparently decided that the offer he was getting from Miami was enough to make it worth it for him to leave. Last year Amendola had 61 catches for 659 yards in the regular season, and he was one of the Patriots’ best players in the postseason. This year he’ll face the Patriots twice.
Aaron Colvin set to sign with Texans Jaguars cornerback Aaron Colvin will be leaving Jacksonville but remaining in the AFC South. Colvin plans to sign a four-year contract with the Texans, according to multiple reports. The 26-year-old Colvin played in all 16 games for the Jaguars last year, starting five. He played 67 percent of the Jaguars’ defensive snaps and 24 percent of the Jaguars’ special teams snaps. Colvin has spent four seasons with the Jaguars since, they selected him in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL draft.
Love Dola, clutch playoff player who had some solid seasons for the Pats. I didn't think they'd resign him though. Age and a lot of wear on him. Hate seeing him Go to Miami. Hey at least we won't babe to worry about any clutch playoff performances and maybe he'll get more Ballers cameos.
Always liked Amendola. Wished Dallas would have kept him years ago - bet he'd have been a fan fave. But Beas has put up similar numbers, so...can't complain.
No big surprise. Most of the hype was the media looking for something to talk about. I read somewhere that now, the Saints are looking to get Jimmy Graham back. Wouldn't that be fun !!!! They never should have traded him in the first place.
He reportedly got an offer of $60 million guaranteed offer over 2 years from another team. Turned it down to stay in New Orleans.
Report: Jonathan Stewart expected to sign with Giants The Giants weren’t able to bring guard Andrew Norwell to New Jersey from North Carolina, but it looks like they have landed another one of offensive coordinator Mike Shula‘s former charges with the Panthers. Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that running back Jonathan Stewart is expected to sign with the Giants. The Giants joined the Lions as teams hosting Stewart on visits after he was released by the Panthers. The Giants ranked 26th in the league in rushing last season and it’s fair to wonder how much a soon-to-be 31-year-old back who ran for 3.4 yards per carry last year will change that. Of course, it would be fair to wonder how much any running back could do if the Giants continue to field a subpar offensive line but that’s another thing for General Manager Dave Gettleman — who was in Carolina with Stewart — to worry about this month. Wayne Gallman and Paul Perkins are the other backs under contract for the Giants as Orleans Darkwa and Shane Vereen are both headed for free agency. (PFT)
Just says a mystery team. Article suggests Vikings, Cardinals or Broncos, all teams who signed QBs today, or I guess negotiated deals that will be signed when FA opens. Personally the team I thought of was the Jets, they have the cap room. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...rned-down-another-60m-deal-from-mystery-team/
Ian Rapoport ✔@RapSheet The #Browns are expected to sign OT Chris Hubbard to a 5-year deal worth $37.5M with nearly $18M guaranteed, source said. More help up front for Cleveland. 3:01 PM - Mar 13, 2018 Best of luck to him, he was a quality swing tackle, held his own when asked to start last season.
