Guess Marshawn Lynch is out then? Similar running styles, don’t think either one would accept a backup roll
Report: Mike Evans agrees to five-year, $82.5 million extension Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans has a new deal. Evans has agreed to a five-year, $82.5 million extension that includes $55 million guaranteed, according to multiple reports. He now is under contract through the 2023 season. Evans, the seventh overall pick in 2014, had been set to make $13.2 million this season on his fifth-year option. He has topped the 1,000-yard season in each of his first four seasons and already ranks third in team history for career receiving yards. Richard Sherman meeting with 49ers Richard Sherman‘s greatest moment as a Seahawk came when he grabbed the NFC Championship Game-clinching interception against the 49ers. Now he may play against the Seahawks twice a year, with the 49ers. The Seahawks cut Sherman on Friday morning, and the 49ers wasted no time getting in touch: According to The Athletic, Sherman had dinner with 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan on Friday night. Adam Schefter of ESPN adds that Sherman will have a meeting with the team today and a contract could get done. Sherman, who will turn 30 this month, is coming off a season-ending Achilles tear, as well as a surgical procedure on his other Achilles. But he’s expected to be healthy in time for Week One. After that Sherman-led loss to the Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game, the 49ers went into steep decline. But they ended last year on a five-game winning streak behind new quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, and their moves this offseason show that they’re serious about building a winner. If the 49ers sign Sherman, it’s the strongest sign yet that the 49ers-Seahawks rivalry is back in a big way. (PFT)
Browns trade Danny Shelton to Patriots for conditional pick The man who once lifted the Commissioner off the ground has been dumped by the team that drafted him. According to ESPN, the Browns have traded defensive lineman Danny Shelton to the Patriots. In exchange for Shelton, the Browns reportedly give up a mid-round 2019 pick and get back a 2018 pick. Shelton has appeared in all but two games during his three NFL seasons, but he has yet to live up to his potential. It’s the fourth trade the Browns have made in less than 24 hours, with receiver Jarvis Landry, quarterback Tyrod Taylor, and cornerback Damarious Randall in — and Shelton and quarterback DeShone Kizer out. Chances are the Browns will be doing plenty more this week, as they try to turn around a team that has won one game in the past two years. Meanwhile, Patriots fans likely will be hoping that, the next time Shelton picks the Commissioner up, he doesn’t let him back down so softly. (PFT)
I’d take Bianca Wilfork at this point. Vince Wilfork once held the door for me at Chili’s, true story. It was sunny outside and he was like an eclipse, once he stepped aside it was blinding.
Are you sure you aren't confusing it with him being blinding when he stepped in front of you? You know... in your erotic fan fiction. Or is that fan non-fiction?
This is a non fiction story. It was lunch, kinda darker inside as these chain restaurants are. I’m walking through the 1st set of double doors when the 2nd set opens. I hear a familiar deep voice, “Come on through man” and then all of a sudden I’m blinded by the sun. Big Vince was calling me through and stepping aside simultaneously. Not as tall as I expected but he was a house, obviously.
With this move none of the Browns first round picks from 2009 to 2015 are on the roster Alex Mack Joe Haden Phil Taylor Trent Richardson Brandon Weeden Barkevious Mingo Justin Gilbert Johnny Manziel Danny Shelton Cameron Erving
