Nope. I like Harley's but I'm not a wrench turner... I've ridden Yamaha the last few years, but this Honda is awesome...The best thing is the DCT (dual clutch transmission)...Basically it's an automatic, which works amazingly well for me given my limited movement in my ankles do to leg bracing... It's almost like Honda made the perfect bike for me.
I've read the same thing... #64 this year and a second/third next. I had #64 earmarked for a slot receiver in this year's draft class, so if that was the price tag for the NFL's best slot receiver, so be it. Figure we still add Terrelle Pryor and A.J. McCarron in free agency, so we have an offense that consists of: QB: McCarron, [Baker Mayfield?] RB: Duke Johnson, [Saquon Barkley?] WR: Josh Gordon WR: Terrelle Pryor Slot: Jarvis Landry TE: David Njoku That's a pretty damn solid group.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap30...ins-trading-jarvis-landry-to-cleveland-browns That's a huge get for the Cleveland Browns...WOOHOO!!! Now sign him to an extension.
I get if people aren't jazzed about Landry... he's a career 10.1 YPR kind guy who gets you 5-7 yards per reception. But the key is that our slot receiver play was abysmal last season. Yes, part of that's coaching and part of that's on Kizer (he missed a ton of easy reads) but Landry is going to dramatically improve that second/third option in the passing game. Instead of 2 and 10 and 3 and 9, we could looking at much more manageable play situations with a 4-5 yard pick up on either first or second down with Landry involved. Also, Landry has never really played with a talent like Gordon who will demand the double coverage and the deep protection. Landry should have more room to work than he ever did in Miami.
It's now being reported that its our 2018 3rd rounder (only one pick behind that Philly pick) and a 2019 mid rounder, speculation is still a 4th.
Remember... the wide receivers coach we hired in the offseason (Adam Henry) was Landry's position coach in college at LSU. Also worked with his teammate, Odell Beckham Jr. who also happens to be on the block... That's the only way you're getting Kirk Cousins to come here.
I was only referring to some comments in here some time ago about what it would take to lure a top veteran QB to sign with Cleveland. One of those comments was that the Browns would need to have a Pro Bowl caliber WR in place. It may have even been Landry that was mentioned.
Browns good job so far. This may be the most key offseason since the expansion, nay return. So far it's a solid start.
Forget McCarron...Browns just traded for Tyrod Taylor per Shefty: Browns strike again. This time, Cleveland agrees to trade a mid-round draft pick to Buffalo for QB Tyrod Taylor, source tells ESPN. Taylor now will throw to new Browns’ WR Jarvis Landry. And Buffalo back in QB market. More on SportsCenter now.
