Been busy with relatives for a few days, but I did want to respond to this. Dogside, it was a joke buddy. We don't know each other, but I love sarcasm and dry humor. It seemed funny to me to say it because this show has prided itself for vetting all potential contestants ability to have at least some knowledge of hundreds, if not thousands, of various topics. Well, they obviously blew it on not realizing their complete lack of any football knowledge. For the record, I have some friends who could care less about football. That's cool, but I showed them this video too, and even they thought these three were a few cards shy of a full deck. Rok
Being that it's Valentines Day and all....... My wife asked me how she compared to past girlfriends.... So I told her she was the only one I had been with! The others were all eights and nines.
I watched some of that on YOUTUBE . Looks like fun . cant wait for the green flag to drop this season .
Yep yep! I was at that one as well...I standing about 50 feet away from Clay Mathews when he picked Kelly to seal the deal! Those were good times. That's an era where the Browns actually did have a home field advantage... The place was a dump, but it was electric when the Browns hit the field...
We had a homefield advantage like no other . opposing teams hated playing us there especially late in the season .i do miss the Grand Old Lady by the lake . 80 thousand screaming . the QB couldn't hear so they would turn to the reff who asked us to quiet down ..we got even louder after that .
My first Browns game . beat the hell outta the Cowchips who i hated as a kid . Americas team my ass !
That place was special. It's because we were a tough team. I have so many great memories of going to pro football games in my lifetime and most of them were at Municipal Stadium in Cleveland. The only thing I don't miss is those steel support girders that you inevitably had obstructing your view. A whole section of people leaning one way and then leaning the other. lol! Or maybe that was just part of the charm. We all know it's really just about winning. The Browns had a lot of great history there. You are right bluez. Nobody wanted to come in there and deal with the Browns or their fans. That place was rocking in the 80's when the dawgpound all got started. It was awesome..
