Which personality hasn’t been swinging from the Patriots jock strap the last few years? To me the Clements catch was questionable and when it is questionable then the play should stand as called on the field, which this time it did. I really liked the way this game was officiated, the officials had little to no impact on the outcome. And did anyone else catch what Michaels or Collinsworth said about the Patriots getting their first offensive penalty in five post season games last night?

I understand the Patriots are a disciplined team but I have a hard time believing how they rarely get called for offensive holding. It really is easy for the average fan to put 2 and 2 together when the NFL officiating is this biased. Having said that, the game last night was well officiated (for a change).

The Eagles Defense had much more impact in the first half of the game (Eagles 22 - Patriots 12; Brady 12/23 for 276 yards 0TD and 0INT) than the second half (Eagles 19 - Patriots 21; Brady
16/25 229 3TD and 0INT). If the score had been close at halftime, IMHO Brady would likely have 6 rings now.

There was defense in the game?

Actually it was special teams that cost the Pats more than likely.

I'm having a hard time disagreeing with this post. In hindsight, the Eagles' defense keeping the Patriots under 2 TDs in the first half ended up being paramount, especially since Tommy really punched it in the 2nd half.
