but the link asks for more witnesses to come forward. the only people on the boat were wagner, walken and the captain and they were questioned. who else could know anything? a passing boat ? someone from the shore? wagner said they got in an argument and he broke a wine bottle. does an argument lead to murder? smacking her around hence the bruises on her body and she dies and he dumps her body overboard and releasing the dingy to make it look like she took it? that's a lot to assume. something shady happened there. I think wagner, the captain or walken know the real truth.

OK, Sherlock - case solved. It was reported the bruises "could" (not DID) have occurred prior to entering the water. Report also said "bruises on Wood's left cheek were consistent with injuries she might have sustained if she hit the yacht while falling."
I thought she got in the dingy as that was reported gone too ? I don't care Axe. how they let Walken, Wagner and the boat Captain off of this case is beyond me.
a person last seen on the boat died with bruises, a cut on her neck and drowned 1 mile away from the boat. that seems criminal to me. these 3 were the last ones to see her alive. regardless of if she wanted to row away to China, these 3 saw her alive last. Then she was dead and drown. Something's wrong there.
If all three say they saw her then they went to bed and when they woke up in the morning she was gone and there is no evidence of foul play on the boat how are you arresting them? I get logic but logic doesnt always fit into the world of law enforcement. They can not arrest and prosecute just because one of the policemen has a hunch or because a leads to be witch equals c. There has to be something that makes them think hey this woman was killed. Even now with the latest autopsies done there is no definitive evidence that she was murdered. Did one of the men on that boat kill her? Yeah there are good odds that they did but without some kind of evidence or proof what are you going to do? There was more evidence that OJ murdered his wife and he walked so how hard do you think it would be to convict any of them?
