I had read about this happening, and viewed the video earlier today. Unbelievable! I blame millenials spending to much time in their "safe spaces." Rok
assuming that's a joke, because its an asinine thing to say. While this is funny, not all people spend their spare time watching a game and gossiping about it on message boards.
While I'm not quite a millennial, it is tiring to see people continually bag on them for ridiculous crap (most of the time it being hyperbole). All it equates to is "that person is different then me, lets make fun of them", and that's a weak take. I do find the video funny, and Jeopardy mocking the Browns is hilarious. Just the take on it is weak.
I feel confident speaking for Rok, in that I don't think he intended to take potshots at any specific person or slight a group of people. It was an observation, derived from something that's pretty easy to laugh at, depending on your age I guess... There will always be differences between the younger and older generations, and they will always have different things that they point to and laugh. At some point though, it seems like everyone forgot that it's just a joke and no harm is intended. Not saying that's you or your take on things, it's just a general observation from my own point of view.
One of my favorite responses to those usual baggings was: "If I had a dollar for every time they insulted Millenials, I'd be able to buy a house in the economy they destroyed."
My favorite thing about the Mil crowd is their attention to the dollar. Our 90s hip-hop focus on guns and cash taught y'all the proper concerns, lol.
The youth may have started the Twitter craze, but the aged and unrefined are making that shit awesome, lol.
Check that, I am exactly a Millennial I thought it started a few years after me, but I guess not. Damn you Google.
[In the theme of Jeff Foxworthy 'Redneck' jokes:] If you've ever wanted to eat a Tide laundry detergent pod... you might be a Millennial.
Ok, since communication is defined as 'the process of making things common', I am finding conflicting reports on the interwebs. I have found this: Millennials are defined as being born after 1981, with no defined ending Millenials are born between 1982 and 2004 Millenials are born starting in 1984 giving equal 20 year periods to Gen X and Babyboomers.
