    Counting macros, along with calories, is a good weight loss method. It's not a bad way to ensure you're on a high nutrient diet. What ratio are you currently using?

    My biggest problem with macros is I don't eat enough. I haven't hit my ratios yet.

    If you're doing macros....it's crucial you hit your numbers daily and don't deprive your body of the nutrients.

    Yeah I'm trying. Jesus. I'm counting everything in grams and I weigh stuff but I still can't get enough into me. It's ridiculous.
