I don't see how NFK avoided a fine/suspension for the hit on Tavares last night. Ratface's skates left the ice.

 

I wonder if that's a done deal yet or they might rule on it later today. Definitely a bad hit and by a player with a history.

Might be one of those cases where a player comes back and stays on the ice, so no fine/suspension. It takes someone getting seriously hurt these days for anything to stick. Kind of a joke.
