Players Stopper, Players...they are learning a scheme, fill in the holes and they will finish the scheme. They have the players to stop the run, now they need the ones that will stop everything beyond the LOSS.

Also, my consternation was the asking price for a backup on a team that has failed to delivery any quality players at the position - despite having one of the greatest of all time as the starter and a well-respected staff around them. I wasn’t giving up a starter and two first round picks for Garoppolo. Still wouldn’t. Something also has happened to Kessler between 2016 and 2017. I’ve conceded as much. Re: Garoppolo Until this weekend, he beat nobodies. He’s got a stellar head coach / offensive coordinator who had the Browns at 7-4 and leading the AFC North with Brian Hoyer at QB. The same Brian Hoyer who went 0-6 this season with the same OC and team. With Shannahan and any other QB from the 2014 class, there’s a 100% chance the Browns would have been in the playoffs that season.
