This is why i was actually looking forward to this game, cos i knew it would show just where this team really is. And they are absolutely nowhere. They say don't judge a GM until 3 years into the job..... well we're basically there. 3 YEARS into a rebuild and we're still being served up this shit?!!! Forget about Fox abd Loggains, those clowns are done. The person who's job should be being discussed is Pace's. The first position Pace pulled apart is still a trainwreck. We go into the offseason needing to find 3 WR's. CB, the position the Pace has never taken seriously since the day he got here, we go into the offseason needing 4 CB's. I honestly wouldn't bring back Fuller, Prince, Cooper or LeBlanc, they are ALL shitbirds. You can't go into your 4th offseason needing 7 players at 2 positions. Positions that have been bad since you took over. This GM is not gonna get the job done. He's just not up to it and there a ton of examples why. The word is in. It does concern me that the Bears are basically on the verge of becoming the Browns in that they change regimes as quick as i change razors, but i don't see wot other choice there is. Pace is shit. It's a deserved lack of respect. To be fair to Pace, Jeffrey's case of vaginitis was clearly mental as he's played in every game this year magically. But even still, you as the GM can't let talent walk with nothing to replace him. We went from having a top 5 WR duo in the league to easily the worst. The problem is this team seems so far away at so many positions. I don't know if the Packers game broke me or are they really this bad. Like, if we get Trevathan, Freeman and Floyd back, how much better is this defense? Still need DBs like a mofo. WR is a complete joke. Trubs is still coming along but raw. RBs are a bright spot but teams can key in on them.
Watching this game is like watching paint dry. The Eagles could give a shit and just casually running clock and moving the ball. Oh and there's a TD. On the flip side, the Bears notable stat is that the finally got a first down and aren't going to be blanked. Disgusting.
Bears have 56 total yards. That's in the 4th quarter. Eagles will have 400 in a play or two. The only thing the O has going for them is the ground game. They have -4 rushing yards.

Oh it was all mental with Jeffery, i've always said he's a good receiver. But really i'm not even sure i blame him. The team has been a shitshow since the day he got here. And nothing changed when Pace came along. Jeffery knew he had to get out and he took gamble on a lower 1year deal to make it hppen. Well, he's got a great chance of being on a Superbowl team and is gonna get extended in the offseason. Fair play to him. Well, the Defense has some major talent deficiencies, and thats on Pace too. But what they keep trotting out there when they have the ball.... thats not an NFL Offense. The Offense is just a fucknado of disaster movie proportions. And Pace has put way more resources into the Offense than the Defense since he got here. There are GLARING talent deficiencies all over the roster. There is a chronic lack of depth at almost every position. That rests solely on the GM and his personnel choices. And the funny part is, the reason Pace is basically a lock for a 4th year is because he stuck with Cuntler for literally YEARS after the writing was on the wall. Its a lovely fucking war, bravo six out.
When the stadium is 50% empty next week, I think the McCaskeys will be forced to make a change. Too bad it will be 11 games too late
Is this team in a better place than they were at the end of the 2014 season? I would say they're in a worse place (no progress on offense, defense, special teams), although we may have a QB of the future. If you're just as bad in year 3 as you were in year 1, you're a complete failure. Pace is a complete failure. Stadium may be 50% empty but Fox won't get fired if we eek out a 16-15 win against a team that may be as bad as we are. As I've said all along no firings during midseason. And even if Fox does get fired at the end of the year, which I'm not convinced he will, Pace will still be here and Pace is a complete failure. Fuck the McCaskeys.
