it's not even december and the season is over in philly. the youth movement has spoken and it's not good. no need to drop $159.99 on these guys.

their entire scouting dept needs to be fired as many of these prospects are barely above AHL caliber !

and whomever thinks Dale Weiss, Travis Konecny, Taylor Leier and Mike Raffl can get their heads examined or eyes checked!

 

Pretty sure Florida is at or near the top of the pack in teams punked by Vegas.

 

yeah it seems like the unprotected players and draft picks vegas got really helped them in year 1. wonder what the second half of the season will bring and future seasons?

 

If vegas has success this year, but then cuts bait with half the roster, they'll be set back for a long time

 

flyers lose again. 9 in a row without a regular season win. is it time for a new coach? hakstol seems lost on goals that are being reviewed and when to challenge a goal. he seems lost every time a penalty is called against his players. i think he's outmatched out there by seasonal veteran coaches.

 

Of the 9 game losing streak by the Flyers, 5 games have been 1 goal games. They have been in them games and are not getting blown out by anybody. If they continue to push they will eventually turn things around. Seems as every team hits a low point at some time during the season... its good the Flyers are going through this early so they can still claw their way back into the playoff race.

Even Hextal thinks they are playing well... just need to keep on keeping on and get some puck luck.

 

well old Ronny always thinks they are playing well and don't need a big trade to get better. that's part of his problem and my problem with him.

as for the coach - my brother in law texted me this morning asking for Mike Keenan jokingly. Hell, that's not a bad idea ! haha. This team needs a kick in the ass and he has the boots to do it.

 

This is also the problem with older goalies. You make them play too many regular season games.

 

red-that's a huge problem bc hextall made it one. we have a 6'8 goalie who played a little in the NHL last year and hextall made him stay in the AHL this year. why? he wasn't that bad and had a shutout or 2 in his limited playing time. And we have a prospect that was the MVP or best goalie of the Junior Tournament or under 20 World Cup Tournament too. He's down somewhere in the Junior leagues. So we don't have to have old washed up goalies playing. Hextall decided that for the team!

now I don't condone women being punch or touched etc. however getting harassed by one for long periods of time may drive anyone to go nuts and throw a punch. not me, but some people.

if she really was verbally abusive-she should've been kicked out of the arena. at the wells fargo center, citizen's bank park and Lincoln Financial Field in Philly, they all have around their arenas and stadiums a # to call and or text if any fan or fans are verbally abusive and basically cursing out loud around young kids etc. this is what shocked my at Lambeau Field. 2 Bears fans yelling "FUCK THE PACKERS" every 2 seconds while down 20+ points and nothing was done about it. They sat in the middle of our section and no security or police did a thing to them. I mean little kids are hearing every 2 seconds "FUCK THE PACKERS." I'm shocked the parents of the kids didn't say something.
