If someone has a gun in my presence and I'm not armed, I'm gonna feel to be at a disadvantage just being in the vicinity. I have less control of nearly any situation in that circumstance if the other party has a weapon. If I were a woman, I'd probably feel even more so at a disadvantage. The experience would be a bit uncomfortable at the very least. Its inappropriate to tell or ask a woman point blank with zero romantic CONSENT-BASED preludes to undress, and it is a verbal assault, especially in a "work context". Here's a rule: If you could get slapped for it, you probably shouldn't say it. If you do or say something AND get slapped for it, you may want to reconsider and research proper approach/boundaries. "Meet me in my hotel room so we can rehearse." That suggests work and a workplace. No wiggle room there.
Seagal rehearsing lines is a dead giveaway to a lie! he can barely speak or read more than a few words at a time! haha.
I used to rehearse my lines. Roll up a $100.00 bill and snort it up the right nostril. Then after that rehearsal you would perfect it in the left nostril. Most Hollywood parties and perverts love/loved cocaine, and most women are open to any act of sex when on coke. But probably didn't really want to have sex. When you get someone high and take advantage of them it's still rape.
You can feel uncomfortable all you want but there is nothing illegal or even wrong about him having a gun present.
Its not directly illegal. Why brandish it? Why is it on display? Its a power move. It could be deemed as "coercive".
Which could make someone (especially a woman) feel uncomfortable. Which is what I said. If he has a gun and an unwanted sexual move is made, that doesn't look very good... legal or not. The music producer that created the Wall of Sound for The Beatles... can't remember his name... he ended up shooting a woman in the head at his mansion. That instantly comes to mind when discussing this topic. It just doesn't look good. I mentioned approach and boundaries in an earlier post too.
Yes I get that but as I said the story say nothing about a sexual move only that he had a gun. Segal is dirt and has several other reports have come out him through the years but to complain because he had a gun is not reason enough to make a report about. If he made sexual innuendos or a sexual assault by all means come out with the story but if he just had a gun and you were feeling insecure just because he had a gun and he did nothing else inappropriate get the F over it.
My point is this: If you have a weapon on display and you start directing people to get undressed... that is illegal, or at least it should be.
Minnesota Senator Al Franken is in the pile. Leann Tweeden shows a pic of Franken "joke-groping" her while she slept. Not cool. Senator Al Franken Kissed and Groped Me Without My Consent, And There’s Nothing Funny About It In December of 2006, I embarked on my 9th USO Tour to entertain our troops, my 8th to the Middle East since the 9/11 attacks.
You know what I am waiting to hear now? The rock stars getting hammered with this stuff. I am sure there are some cases in that neighborhood. Sex, drugs and rock and roll. I can't see them getting off scott free.
I was thinking about that the other day. Talk about a possible avalanche. If nothing erupts there, you'd have to wonder why. Groupies just groupying?
like in the movie ROCK STAR - "can I go ahead of you and do him first, i gotta go in 20 minutes." ahahaha
i think it has happened and Chipper Jones' wife who caught him cheating actually stayed with him. i think they handle it among themselves instead of blabbing it all over the tv and news.
