Interesting that Pizza Hut sales are up, while Papa John's are taking a nosedive. Mebbe, just mebbe, it ain't the protests.
https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...ar-after-aj-mccarron-trade-disaster-unfolded/ how does this happen? only in cincy!
Honestly, I've never had a Papa John's pizza. In Seattle ('94-'02), my go to was Pagliacci's. In NYC ('05-current), Rosario's in the Lower East Side. Plum Tomatoes is good out in Rockaway too. If you are low on pesos, go with 2 Brothers. $2.75 hails you 2 slices and a water/soda. Hell, almost any pizza in NYC is better than chain pizza. Good "free advertising" move on Papa John's though. I'm almost 100% certain that the NFL is not the cause of declining biz for PJ. Maybe since NFL viewership is down therfore less people are watching his shitty commercials, I can see how he feels that he OVER-PAID for the ad time. Buyer's remorse? Sounds like whining to me. Just for that, I'll be even more steadfast not to buy his KY pizza pies.
In dynasty Beach now has to roll with Jay Cutler and Mitch Trubisky. Nice rookie pair long term with Watson but right now it looks bad.
Its official - Watson tore ACL... out for the season. Tough stuff right there. An MRI on the knee confirmed the full extent of the injury... He suffered it on a non-contact play, Rapoport added. He faces an 8-9 month rehabilitation and should be back in time for the start of the 2018 season.
Not really neither has won a playoff game since the Browns return in 99 As a football fan this sucks as a Fantasy Football player it sucks even more.
Matt Forte’s two touchdowns lead Jets to 34-21 win over Bills Bills running back LeSean McCoy says there wasn’t much question who the better team on the field was on Thursday night. McCoy said after the Bills lost 34-21 to the Jets that playing against a swarming Jets defense made for a long night. McCoy gained just 25 yards on 12 carries and didn’t catch a pass. “They played good,” McCoy said. “They beat us down. They were running to the ball fast, they were on their gaps [and] their routes to the ball. They communicated. Everything we did, they kind of stopped it. So give them a lot of credit. On a short week, they studied hard on film. The big plays we like to run, they took them out.” McCoy said the Bills won’t get down about falling to 5-3 at the season’s halfway point. But he knows they missed a big opportunity to get a division win against a team the Bills thought they could have beaten. (PFT)
