Don't deal in QBR... that's an ESPN stat.

His traditional QB rating was 50.5 - not good. Better than Kizer's 36.2.

I think you shut him down for the season. Hue Jackson is worse for DeShone Kizer than Brian Kelly was at Notre Dame. Unless or until Hue's replaced, Kizer should be shelved to save whatever - if any - confidence is left in him.

Give the offense to Kessler and Hogan and try desperately to score a win. As Hue said in one of this only honest moments post-game, he needs to worry about the other 52 at this point.

This crappy going nowhere anytime soon season just got worse if that was possible . Joe Thomas has a torn tricep and is done for the season and quite possibly played his last down in a Brown uni :(. He has one year left on his current deal .

They need to hang a banner with his consecutive snaps played and when he retires . retire his jersey number . Joe is one class act on & off the field .

Thank you Joe for sticking through this shit storm the last 10 years . you & us die hard fans deserve better .

I haven't bought a player jersey since the late great Eric Turner . I will buy a Joe Thomas jersey . the rest of these fuk tards aren't worth my time or $$$$$$ .

Was there ever any doubt which poster would search back through the "Bold Predictions" thread and try to throw it back in peoples faces (lol!) as if he was just a superior being? That was the easiest prediction of all...

    Cheers to that...

The last jersey I bought, and the last one I'll ever buy, was Trent Richardson...Way to many horrible shirt decisions over the years, for me to go back to that well.....The last jersey I bought that I can honestly say I was truly happy with was Michael Dean Perry #92. Sad but true...I don't even know how many I bought since then, but they've ALL been epic fails....:yuck:

Never a doubt cause in early Aug I was doom n gloom guy and you guys were getting excited over winning preseason games....we all heard how the QB situation was finally resolved and Kizer was the guy over the next 10 yrs...Crowell was gonna rush for 1500 yds cause of the new OL additions......smh

Where Joe ranks: Whether or not Joe Thomas decides to come back from triceps surgery and play again in 2018, his legacy is secure. Browns radio analyst Doug Dieken, a proud member of the franchise’s lineage of left tackles, said Thomas is the best left tackle in Browns history. “And it’s not even close,” Dieken said. That would put Thomas ahead of Lou Groza, who is better known as the franchise’s legendary place-kicker but actually earned his Hall of Fame status as a left tackle, too. Mike McCormack, the only other Browns tackle in the Hall of Fame, played right tackle. Dieken goes so far as to place the technically perfect Thomas in the top five left tackles of all time. In no order, Dieken said he would put Thomas in the same company as Anthony Munoz, Forrest Gregg, Jonathan Ogden and Art Shell. Now, this status would thusly rank Thomas among the greatest football players in Browns history. So chisel Thomas’ likeness on the Mount Rushmore of Browns history, alongside Paul Brown (coach), Jim Brown (running back), Otto Graham (quarterback), Paul Warfield (wide receiver), and Groza (tackle/kicker). No disrespect to Marion Motley (running back), Bill Willis (middle guard) and Dante Lavelli (wide receiver), but Thomas’ accomplishments are even more remarkable considering the state of the franchise during his 11-year career.

I still haven't seen a transaction announcing the replacement of JT's roster spot. Could there be some good Flash Gordon news coming?
