@showstopper : "why u no draft impact playerz? shuld take Joey Bosa"

Or, we could have Emmanuel Ogbah and:
    • Corey Coleman
    • Shon Coleman
    • Cody Kessler
    • Ricardo Louis
    • Derrick Kindred
    • Spencer Drango
    • Jabrill Peppers
    • DeShone Kizer
    • 2018 first round pick
    • 2018 second round pick

Not just @showstopper , but everyone in that "should have taken X" crowd need to sit back and appreciate the freaking haul of players Browns got in their trade moves. Coupled with the very real fact that a Carson Wentz or Deshaun Watson on a roster missing 12 other players (and remember, you could only have one) would be possibly worse than what we're forced to sit through.

And heading into Year 3 offseason with an astonishing amount of ammo to get the QB of the future if their recent solid-but-not-sure-thing chances taken (Kizer, Kessler) don't pan out.

    I'm thinking this guy.

Seriously... someone test Mayfield for horse steroids. Dude's arm improved tremendously from 2016 to 2017.

  4. Combined record 5-19....STATS MEAN D##K.....perfect example Seth Devalve catching a MEANINGLESS TD and then have the nerve to do a hip bump.....his PFF probably sky rocketed lol

Devalve caught his first TD of the season and only 3rd of his career...he catches one about every 6-8 games, you think he might get a little excited? At the end of the day, the NFL is an entertainment sporting event, unlike college where I still feel it is a student athlete environment that the players are interviewing for a part in that next level or playing to get that education payed for.

I don't like celebrations when you are losing, especial as badly as they were last week, but you also have to feel for the team that has struggled this much to put points on the board. They have to take excitement where they can get it.

    Baker Mayfield

Probably the most important stat of all these?

"... leads the nation in adjusted completion percentage on deep throws with 65.7 percent."

  8. Unfortunately he had a bad injury or else he would have been putting up stats and winning....thats the difference...stats and wins are different cause then they become meaningful.....you see?

What you are refusing to acknowledge is that you must accumulate talent and gain experience with your young talent in order to get to the winning...And I am talking sustained winning, not a 3 game win streak or something, then they disappear back into mediocrity. You are ALL about the now, you lack a sense of vision. Too many lack that sense though, which is why franchises start over every two years.

  10. OK if you truly believe in that philosophy...do you feel they are getting better?

Yes, I actually do...Even Kizer before the benching was moving the ball, but the turnovers are killing the team. Take away the turnovers and penalties and this team is actually competing. Now, they have not been cleaning up the penalties and I put that on Hue.

Hue dey think gon' beat them Brownies?!

In all seriousness, Hue Jackson is the worst coach in professional sports and needs to be swiftly removed from the facility.

    Good

This guy is the best DE in the NFL and he's only played 52 snaps this season.

    Ugly (Early Edition)

Four defensive penalties on third downs. In the first half alone.

  16. ugly
You somehow calling Garrett the best DE in football lol

Since he started (Week 5) he’s the top-rates EDGE player. Not hard to see if you possess even a basic understanding of the sport.

Which is obviously why it’s so difficult for you.

  18. I will say again.....is he making a difference in the game? Sack, fumble, scoop in score...I understand the sport perfectly fine.....just keep showing us the PFF stats that mean nothing instead of the W n L record

By your barely-coherent definition of what a defender should be, isn't the only candidate this week Eddie Jackson (Bears) who returned two separate plays for touchdowns? Not sure he was leading the defensive MVP voting...

Jason McCourty had a 56-yard TD return against Houston, has three interceptions on the year. What's more, the stats back him as as one of the Top 3 - best, actually - cornerbacks playing right now. Your response? "He iz bad."

Myles Garrett has four sacks in three games, having played less than half the total snaps overall. He leads ALL rookies, despite spotting the others a four game head start. Your response? "Not impact."

Dude, it's very, very clear you don't understand or watch the game from a critical or objective perspective. If it's Cleveland, it sucks. If it's anything else, you defer to national opinion. I just don't get why you tune in every Sunday if you're (1) not informed, (2) not invested, and (3) genuinely dislike the team. What's up with that?
