^ugly game. review helped the cubs in the 8th on a play that TBS never shown a clear view of a tag by Rizzo. the back camera shows the tag but not the runner's foot off the bag. it's milliseconds apart even when he did take it off the bag. the front camera never shows the tag but the foot off the bag. madden would challenge anything to get an out bc you only lose a challenge if your wrong. no real penalty for challenging calls. review also screwed the nationals earlier on the miss batter interference when baez hit wieters in the mask with his backswing resulting in a run. it should've counted. clear rule violation they didn't review. nats lose again. still never won a playoff series. head into 2018 in harper's last year of his contract. THE END OF THE NATIONALS IS NEAR.
https://www.yahoo.com/sports/mlbs-video-replay-totally-screwed-washington-nationals-085152023.html i agree. not that the nats got screwed but that everything is under a microscope to review. yet batter interference isnt and it cost the nats again.
oh they did and they shouldve lost but batter interference was clearly shown and missed and in 1 run game was all the difference.

Hey, just because he was a disaster as a GM doesn't mean he will be as a field manager. He's done a good job as a coach here the last two years.
He's also the outfield instructor and our outfield defense is stellar. Granted he had great talent to work with but I give him credit for how smoothly Benintendi and Betts transitioned to left and right. Especially at Fenway. And considering the fuckall stupidly aggressive baserunning Farrell and Butterfield wanted I imagine being their 1b coach was a lot harder than average.
u dog after what happened in philly i will never like him. he could cure cancer and i still wish death on him. that's how much he ruined baseball in philly and walked around like he was the King of the City.
