How about we simply eclipse 300 passing.........something he hasn't done in over half a season now, before we start talking 400 or 500 yards. So laughable, given what's around him now.
The Jaguars have the best passing defense in the NFL and are 2nd in opposing QBs' YPA with 5.7. By contrast, they're 32nd, or dead last, in rushing defense, and are also 32nd in oppositions' YPC by a mile - 5.7. Considering the only stalwart rushing offense they faced to this point was in Tennessee (theoretically), that's an even more damning statistic. The Steelers should not be trying to force Ben to 500 yards passing in this game, and in reality I don't think they are. Consider this headline a notch above clickbait.
Agree.Running the ball and the occasional PA pass is what they need to do. I don't care if Ben throws for 3500yds this year. Just win games with no stupid turnovers. The Steelers are 3-1 and have the chance to be 4-1. That's all they need to care about.
