Glennon sucks, but the loss at the end wasn't his fault. If we had any talent at WR, this was winnable.
Bad teams find ways to lose games. Bears shoulda won that game. Glennon putting the ball right on not one but two guys who should've both scored, is all you can ask. In fact its probably more. Bellamy's was bad. Howard's was worse.
This is what happens when you get your hopes up, a chance at the end, and then two drops and end on a sack. Perfect.
It was Glennon's fault we lost. He sucked for 3 quarters and then his shitty clock management forced us to throw 4 times on that last series, taking away the strength of the offense.
2 specific plays made this game. Leaving the Falcons TE wide open on the TD and Bellamy dropping that pass at the end.
Bellamy's would've been a rough catch, plus he was held. Howard's drop was really bad, but he probably would've been short. Glennon getting sacked to end the game is what's inexcusable.
Just watched Alshon Jeffrey catch a pass in the End Zone for a 2pt conversion in the Eagles game. He sucks right? I want to make sure he sucks compared to White and his one catch today that apparently broke his wrist.
As been said, the Bears always find ways to lose. The secondary was absolute shit today. Even when the ball was thrown right at them they couldn't catch it. They couldn't tackle. They couldn't cover. The WRs were absolute shit today. We know Bellamy is complete trash. White's injury is probably the best thing to happen to the team today given that Gentry could get promoted. Glennon was lousy for 3 quarters. Didn't manage the clock well at the end. Wasn't good enough.
why did almost every play come down to choosing to put either Howard or Cohen on the field? Put them both out there...they are your only hope.
Glennon wasn't to blame for the final drive but if he had played a little better the entire game it doesn't come down to that final drive so he in no way gets a pass
I do have to say Glennon played pretty good. He had a lot of nice throws. He obviously had a couple bad ones but for the most part he made good throws. His clock management was poor but from the looks of it he did as coached. My biggest question is about where the WRs we're for the first 3 quarters. Did Glennon ignore them or were they sleeping.
