I think Taylor has a year and a half to prove he is the guy once and for all. The Bills may not have helped him with the trades but they do have Peterman. I think Tyrod could do well but he needs to go a step further, which will be tough. Barring a disaster I don't think Peterman gets much of a chance this year, but I feel the Bills think their QB of the forseeable is on their roster, whoever it is.

I can't even answer this really but with how Bortles has played the last year it's hard to trust him. He definitely has some mental block that won't go away. QB yips. But will the Jags let him have a chance to prove it with an improved team? At this rate maybe not. Henne was named the week 3 starter, but both are getting 1st team reps. This week may be more important than any season game he will ever play.

Maybe but LAC also has idiots in office and marketing.

After never being fired before now I can't see Lewis being fired unless he is out of playoff contention with a few weeks to go. If they do decent he may be given the chance to do something with Mixon/Ross next year, then be judged.

They wouldn't technically have to fire him. I believe he's on the last year of his deal.

I wouldn't rule out a 1-year extension towards the end of the season. He had a 1-year extension for this year at the start of last year. I can see the Bengals staying with him if they see enough this year.

Marvin Lewis is deer in the headlights done. D U N dun this year if he doesn't move them forward. I do not like his chances for an encore.

If it would be a Team, just not an expansion situation, I can see it happening to a team like the Chargers. I hope I'm wrong tho... not real crazy about the NFL going International.

I waffle on it from week to week.

I'm always interested in seeing how something like that would work out, but there are some serious logistical concerns that cannot be overlooked.

My thoughts on Marvin Lewis - The writing must be on the wall. He's been there long enough and given ample opportunity's to showcase what he can do.

Barring a deep playoff run this season I think he's long gone.

That's what we always say. Not even lack of control can get him out.

For the NFC East it's part homerish optimism, part thinking the Cowboys take a step back.

AFC West: Raiders, Chargers, Chiefs, Broncos
NFC West: Cardinals, Seahawks, Rams, 49ers

AFC South: Titans, Texans, Jaguars, Colts (I had the Jags 2nd until the QB crap)
NFC South: Falcons, Panthers, Buccaneers, Saints

AFC North: Steelers, Bengals, Ravens, Browns
NFC North: Packers, Vikings, Bears, Lions

AFC East: Patriots, Bills, Dolphins, Jets
NFC East: Eagles, Cowboys, Giants, Redskins

He's the perfect coach for what Mike Brown wants. Doesn't require a significant investment of money, doesnt require multi-year extensions and doesn't bottom out. Just good enough to keep the fans engaged. Not good enough to require a big pay raise.

yeah Will, i'm with you on having a team in London. I know spoke at length with others on here about a team in London and the schematics about it. Some think it's doable. I think it's not even close. Same for the NBA for wanting a team there too. Too many hurdles to overcome to pull it off.

Chad Henne doesn't want the job.

Next play big pass to Allen Robinson. Blake Bortles did not like that.... lol. Sideline showed him watch the play carefully and he clapped in an upset way. He didn't want Henne to complete that big play.

Jags fans are booing. Bortles gets in and all they do is run the ball.

Gotta think the team doesn't want to give him the chance to win the spot.

Real opinion. The Jags should just play one of these QBs and go for a high draft pick. It's probably to late to get any QB that can do anything for them at this point, including Kaepernick.
