Joe, I don't think he is seeing the bold on the thread titles. Look closely Gid, they are certainly bolded fairly clear. Once you open a bolded title page, then the threads inside are also bold to tell you which thread has new posts.

To be honest . . . I'm also having a bit of a problem differentiating bolded vs unbolded text on those screens.

Maybe use red text for unread?

I have a couple hours of spare time tonight to look into some options. I think I'll update the smiles first but I will definitely be looking at a way to make this more discernible for everyone.
