Dec 14th, Jay Cutler in primetime MNF game vs the Pats. His Jaynesses INT O/U unofficially @ 3.5 Lucky it's in Miami, If it was in Foxboro I would bump it up to 6.
I agree with you that you are getting ahead of yourself by assuming that the Patriots will win the AFCE.
Roger Goodell says no decision has been made on Ezekiel Elliott NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said Monday he has made no decision about whether to suspend Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott. Goodell was responding to a question at a Giants fan forum about Hall of Famer Cris Carter’s contention that the league is about to announce a suspension for Elliott. “I don’t think Cris has anything to do with the decision,” Goodell said, via Bob Glauber of Newsday. “We haven’t made any decisions yet.” Carter said on FS1’s Undisputed that “in the next 48 hours I would be shocked if Zeke was not suspended.” Carter added that, “based on the information that’s going to come out, it’s going to be fairly easy to determine that something happened to this woman in her four days of being with Zeke.” Carter suggested Elliott’s punishment will be similar to the four-game suspension Tom Brady received for Deflategate. The NFL has never closed its investigation into domestic abuse allegations made against Elliott by an ex-girlfriend more than a year ago. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has maintained all along that evidence shows Elliott was innocent of an incident that led to no arrest or charges against Elliott.
Vikings’ Tom Johnson: “We’ve got the best defense in the NFL” Players on the Vikings’ defense are heading into the season confident that they can dominate. “We’ve got the best defense in the NFL,’’ Vikings defensive tackle Tom Johnson said. Other players echoed those sentiments. Vikings defensive end Danielle Hunter said the players have it in their minds that they should be the best in the league. “That’s what we’re going for,” Hunter said. “You got to want to be the No. 1 defense.” Said safety Harrison Smith, “That’s the mindset we have to have.” That’s where the Vikings were last year, as their defense dominated on the way to a 5-0 start. But the defense declined significantly later in the season, and the Vikings went from 5-0 to 8-8. The Vikings need their defense to back up its brash talk for 16 games this season.
I merely said they could pass the Fins for second. You assumed the rest. Jest fans aren't going to be happy with you sir.
The Hack sucks. During one rep in seven-on-seven drills, as he approached the line of scrimmage, a coach ordered him to re-huddle. When he broke the huddle again — in the wrong fashion for a second time — he was ordered off the field.
I hope they got a 10 day trial money back guarantee... His arrogance has already come out, he thinks he is the savior that will come in and do it the way he wants..Clearly, the coaches beg to differ. If he doesn't get with the program real soon, the coaches may rebel and if that happens, the season is over for the Dolphins before it begins. This dipdong signed a contract to receive millions of dollars in good faith. I think this process was WAY too quick. He needed to be vetted by everyone and it sure doesn't seem like that was the Gase, er case.
Yeah, I just realized that after reading another article. All I saw was your post after the Cutler talk above....Was coming on to edit my post.. (edit is it sad that this is the first place I come in the morning rather than actual news? lol
Heard that of the 9 Jets offensive drives in practice, 5 went three-and-out, and 1 ended in an INT. EASILY the worst team in football this year.
wow-i can't imagine the mindset of a Dolphins fan right now. one minute you have your team in preseason and heading into the season. the next minute, Jay Cutler is now your starting QB! Yikes.
"Fairly easy to say"...? If THAT was the case, this issue would have been decided a long time ago. And Carter's now saying that there will be similarities to the Brady case in that 'Zeke destroyed evidence??? Where is THAT coming from? Not saying a suspension ISN'T happening, but I'd like to know where Carter is getting his info.
I can't honestly answer this question Cat... Tannehill has a 48.1% winning percentage Cutler has a 48.9% winning percentage Tannehill has career 62.7% completion percentage Cutler has career 61.9% completion percentage Tannehill has an average of 239.67 yards per game Cutler has an average of 233.58 yards per game Tannehill has a yearly average of 22 TDs Cutler has a yearly average of 24 TDs I have to agree with Axe on this one...Is it really any different of a situation? Cutler may have 5 years of wear on him over Tannehill. The only thing I can see is that Tannehill trained the off season as a starting NFL QB, while Cutler trained to sit behind a desk...that DOES give them a disadvantage. But if he is really a professional level athlete, it shouldn't take too long to get back into shape.
Oh and one more glaring reason.... Cutler cannot stay healthy...so the backup Moore better stay ready no matter what!
ok dawg - i don't want either of them ! but i have seen enough of cutler to know i wouldn't let him near the stadium!
