Unfortunately you can probably find this in most major cities.  The thing I don't get is they can't feed their kids but they have a pet dog.

Gideon, not sure if you watched the information in the link but it was a credible news organization reporting that among other things, they have the highest murder rate in the country per person, higher murder rate than Chicago (about double).

The dog might be kept to kill all of the rats, mice, and other things plaguing what's left of their housing in these areas.  It's really sad actually and they make mention of the prior administration and poverty growing during it.

Don't forget that we're the heroin capital of the world too. I know Chicago has more murders in absolute terms, but you may be right about the rate. 50+ years of rule by Democrats, and this is what you get.

I live in the middle of redneck Pennsylvania.  Heroin is all over the place here including my next door neighbor.  Heroin is running crazy in alot of the red states also. Its not a republican/ democrat issue, it's everyone's issue.
